Geological and mineralogo-technological study of albitites from the Novye Peski gold deposit, Republic of Karelia

Abstract

The distinctive characteristics of rare-metal and rare-earth mineralization of albitites, revealed in the quarry of the Novye Pesky gold deposit (Ulyalega Ore Field, South Karelia), are discussed. The data obtained increase the application range of Novye Peski mineral products and various commercial minerals from the Ulyalega Ore Field.
