Abstract

The results of the study of waste from a Coal Concentration Factory, used as a secondary mineral product, are reported. A gravity magnetic concentration technology was developed with regard for the mineralogical composition of coal slime. Industrial tests of coal slime concentration capacity have yielded two commercial products: coal concentrate with 25.5 % yield, which can be used in power engineering, and ferruginous concentrate with an iron concentration of 64.72 % for metallurgy.
